Assembles machines, equipment and their subassemblies following drawings, documents, written procedures and verbal communication while performing the duties of Assembler I and the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include: precision assembly, printed circuit board assembly, cable assembly, prototype building and engineering support.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or eight to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively among the group and co-employees.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
